Before working with Diane, it always felt like I was muscling through to keep my progress when it came to my mental health. I was really struggling with honestly tormenting thoughts, whether insecurities or worries or anxieties. I used to flounder, like the kind of floundering where I tried everything and anything, in hopes that my little by little would add up to the life I wanted to live.
